This is a momentous day, not just for the people of the US but for the whole planet.
It is important for all of us who believe that better is possible.
The Orange Man Baby (Trump) has shown over the last 4 years that he is an enemy of democracy and the rule of law.
He has deliberately created division and chaos and incited hatred, bigotry and violence.
He has undermined social progress.
He has shown no international leadership on the critical and urgent issues of our time.
He has trashed environmental protection regulations and trashed efforts to tackle the climate emergency.
He has let Covid-19 rip throughout his country, initially due to complete denial and then gross incompetence.
Better is possible.
We need hope, truth and honesty, integrity, competency, leadership, equality and social justice to triumph over everything represented by Trump.
Not just in the US but also in the UK and many other countries.
Today US citizens have the opportunity to make a choice. Your vote will not only affect your country but also billions of other people around the world and the generations to follow.
Use your vote.
Use it wisely.
Come on, you know what you need to do.
"Make America great again" .... remove Trump from the White House.
