If you're exercise is birding - keep moving! Essex Police just confronted a mate out birding stating it is not exercise and his tripod is for standing not walking. He was warned not fined but only as he was within a mile of his home! Don't want a debate but be warned! #EBwS

This may seem particularly harsh given the continuing irresponsible behaviour of the Covidiots in our communities and the comments of some of the well-known anti-lockdown populist journalists, not to mention some leisure activities which are exempt from lockdown 3.0 restrictions, but the warning is clear.
