A bloody shame: Britons find a new favourite swearword

I have been known to occasionally use an expletive 😀.

For example, when I eventually saw the incredible Black-browed Albatross on my recent trip to RSPB Bempton Cliffs .... see here and here. Mind you, that day resulted in a chorus of various expletives once this magnificent bird appeared and has probably done so on every other day that it has been seen.

Now, research has show that the f-word has become Britain’s most popular swearword, overtaking “bloody”, as the nation’s use of expletives has dropped over the past 2 decades.

And, yes, I did hear shouts of "it's a f***ing albatross" 😀
