I have previously written about the anti-social behaviour and risks and dangers that are being caused by e-scooters .... see here.
Last week, when I walked over to Asda, I was amazed to see an e-scooter .... not being ridden on the approach path, not being ridden around the car park .... but actually inside the store!
Now there is this ridiculous and reckless behaviour: an e-scooter rider has been spotted on the M42 hard shoulder near Birmingham during the rush hour

If the local authorities and Police do not have the resources or desire to manage the use of e-scooters or enforce the law on their use, then they should be banned!
