RSPB Bempton Cliffs is the only mainland gannetry in the UK with all the other breeding colonies on offshore islands in west Wales and north and south east Scotland. It is therefore a remarkably accessible site to watch and photograph Gannets.
There are over 10,000 breeding pairs of Gannets at RSPB Bempton Cliffs and their numbers are expanding. These large seabirds provide spectacular views both on the cliffs and flying in the vicinity of their breeding colony.
