At 10:45 a.m., I saw a Common Buzzard soaring effortlessly high above the woodland beyond the houses opposite the block of flats where I live .... all accompanied by Maria Callas singing "Gualtier malde! Caro nome" from Giuseppe Verdi’s opera “Rigoletto” …. bellissimo!
This has been followed by further sightings on ....

Total 2022 records to date …. 15 dates involving 25 birds.
During 2021, I saw Common Buzzard from my flat on 11 dates with those
records involving 13 birds.
