This was a common theme for discussion at a number of events at The Gathering at Wild Ken Hill which I attended on 17th September 2022.
There is genuine concern amongst numerous organisations and campaigning groups that the new Government intends to roll back nature recovery schemes put in place by the previous administration in which landowners and farmers are paid for improving nature.
