Very sadly, reports of the illegal persecution and killing of birds of prey and other wildlife on the grouse moors of northern England and Scotland are received regularly.
However, such senseless and barbaric activity is not restricted to these areas and even my own county of Essex is not exempt from this.
This is just the latest appalling incident involving a Red Kite ....
