I went to bed exceptionally late last night and, as I drew the curtains in my bedroom, I had a quick look outside as I normally do.
At 1:40 a.m., I had a brief glimpse of the brush of a Red Fox as it disappeared behind one of the cars outside the houses opposite me. However, it quickly emerged and walked off up the grassy strip at the end of my road and in to the woodland.
