From my lockdown window – 16th May 2020

The main highlight today was yet another 2 Swifts flying around the house rooftops at 8:10 p.m. …. 5 minutes earlier than the one I saw last night.

In addition, a Magpie decided that being off the daily lockdown window list for the first time ever yesterday was too embarrassing to repeat so it reappeared on today’s list of species 😀.

I recorded the following species today (heard only records in italics):

Swift
Blue Tit
Blackbird
Dunnock
Robin
Wren
Woodpigeon
Collared Dove
Magpie
Carrion Crow
Lesser Black-backed Gull
Herring Gull

Stay safe, stay well, stay strong, stay connected with nature
